Mr. Vinod Malhotra, a Management Graduate from Leeds University, UK, and LLB from Faculty of Law, New Delhi, has varied experience in Administrative & Quasi-Judicial Roles. He has been with the Indian Administrative Services in the past. During the said time, he has had the opportunity to be directly involved in various aspects of industrial development and has been involved from grass roots to the highest level of policy formulation at the national and international levels.

He has immense experience in administration at the district, state, national and international level which covers a wide spectrum including negotiating international trade agreements, tax generation and revenue adjudication. As an avid reader and follower of Bhagwat Gita, he has authored 14 books on subjects covering management, leadership and soft skills.

Mr. Shishir Jaipuria is the Chairman of Seth Anandram Jaipuria Group of Educational Institutions which has been in the field of education for more than 76 years. An alumna of Lady Shri Ram College, Abha Adams has created an enviable reputation as an innovative educationist. A prolific writer on education and an accomplished orator she has spent over 37 years in education, media and arts management both in India and the UK.

She has been a Features Editor with the BBC and Director of Aditi at the Arts Council. On her return to India she spent 13 years as Director of the Shri Ram Schools, establishing the Shri Ram School Moulsari in 1995 and The Shri Ram School Aravali in 2001. In 2003 she created the Education Consulting Company – Shri Ram Educare.

In 2006 as Advisor Education she led the founding team to develop Step by Step School Noida. She conceived, developed and designed the school and in 2013 she started the Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT) which is the first Education Professional Development centre of its kind.

Presently, she is a leading educational adviser to several national and international educational, arts and training organizations. She serves on several Boards, is a published author, and a well-known columnist writing on matters related to education, parenting and careers.

Sudheer Kumar, Director, Capacity Building and Public Outreach, Indian Space Research Organisation, said on Sunday that ISRO never competes with anybody and flourishes well in collaboration with the other space agencies.
He was responding to the possibility of ISRO becoming a global hub for rocket launches in the future.

Speaking to news agency ANI on the sidelines of an event in Bengaluru on Sunday, he said, “ISRO never competes with anybody. It is a space community. And especially, the space community will flourish well with the collaborations. We are collaborating with NASA and other space agencies.”

Served Tata Steel in the Industrial Engineering department from 1995 to 2000, accumulating over five years of experience in capital project evaluation incentive bonus schemes, and optimization techniques for productivity improvement. During this period, I had the opportunity to work with McKinsey on the Total Operating Performance Program (TOP).

Subsequently, transitioned to the space sector, joining the Satish Dhawan Space Centre SHAR in the year 2000, under ISRO, part of the Department of Space, Government of India. Here,contributed significantly to the realization of infrastructure projects, including propellant plants, stage and satellite integration facilities, vehicle assembly buildings, control centers, and tracking systems. Also handled the program manager of Solid motor segments for the ongoing ISRO launch vehicles.
My focus was on core project management, gaining extensive experience in delivering larqe-scale, multidisciplinary, and complex engineering projects. key skills encompass project conceptualization, cost estimation, preparation of detailed project reports, contract management, project execution, claims settlement, negotiation and dispute resolution, project budgeting, and documentation.

Additionally, I assumed the role of Director, capacity-building activities at ISRO enhancing industry collaboration and indigenization, overseeing technology transfer, intellectual property rights, human resource development, public outreach, and academia interface for research and development projects.

Ms. Tulika Puri Katyal is Founder of Center for Design & Innovation, Delhi. A distinguished architect, educator, and design innovator, she has over two decades of diverse professional experience across architecture, interior design, and design leadership. A graduate of the Sushant School of Art and Architecture with a Bachelor of Architecture, she went on to earn a Master of Science from Drexel University, USA, further broadening her academic and professional perspective. She began her career at Alexandra Champalimaud & Associates, gaining early exposure to international standards of interior design.

In 2003, she co-founded Urbane Design Workshop, where she served as Partner and later Partner-Architect, shaping innovative architectural and interior projects for nearly two decades. Alongside, she also led Sky Constructions India as Partner, demonstrating her versatility in managing both creative and entrepreneurial ventures. Her passion for design education and thought leadership is evident in her role as Vice Chairperson at IVS India since 2007, and as Founder of the Center for Design & Innovation since 2018.

Her global engagement is further reflected in her association with Stanford University as a CF/Mentor, where she guides emerging talent in design thinking and innovation. Skilled in architectural design, research, coaching, and space planning, Ms. Katyal represents a rare blend of creativity, leadership, and academic excellence.

Dr Swati Popat Vats, an educator with over 30 years of experience. Dr Vats’ is a name synonymous with Children’s education as the president of the Early Childhood Association ECA – APER and president of the Association for Primary Education and Research. Having set up the Podar Jumbo Kids preschools and daycare Podar Jumbo Kids India chain, Dr Vats is at present the President of the Podar Education Network and Director of the Podar Institute of Education. Outside of the Podar Education Group, she has set up numerous preschools in India and abroad and has been an advisor to corporates dealing with children-related products. Dr Vats has also authored 25 books that provide valuable lessons in educating young children

Sarita Mathur is a freelance education consultant offering services to schools, both rural and urban, in India and abroad. Sarita started her career with the India Today group as Assistant Manager Marketing and then after a period of 12 years went on to join the education sector.

An alumnus of St. Stephens College, with a degree in Mathematics, a post-graduate degree in Operations Research and a further degree in Education, Sarita’s Mathematics background and her well-honed sense of systems and processes had her institutionalize several long lasting and important changes as Principal of The Shri Ram School. This included setting up the IB Diploma Program at The Shri Ram School. Well known as a pioneer IB school in the NCR, the school is looked up to as one of the most progressive and leading schools of the country. Sarita has served as a consultant on the International Curriculum of the CBSE and also serves as advisor/consultant to several curriculum companies, schools and start-up ventures.

Sushma Raturi is a passionate and accomplished education professional with over three decades of diverse experience in the field.

Currently serving as the CEO of Saamarthya Teachers Training Academy of Research (STTAR), she leads initiatives towards teacher training, leadership development, academic research, auditing, and school enrichment. Her expertise and deep understanding of pedagogies have been central to designing the training modules on topics most relevant to the emerging paradigm of education, be it Artificial Intelligence, Design Thinking, Critical Thinking Curriculum, NLP, Early Years’ Education and others.
