This module focusses on experiential learning as a pedagogical strategy to optimize learning outcomes among students.

Ms Sarita Mathur is an education consultant and a teacher trainer offering services to schools both rural and urban, in India and abroad. An alumna of St. Stephen’s College, she has a degree in Education and a post-graduate degree in Operations Research. With six years of experience at the India Today group, Ms Sarita joined the education industry and went on to head The Shri Ram School, Gurgaon, as Principal. The Mathematics background and her well-honed sense of systems and processes and an eye for detail had her institutionalize several long lasting and important changes within the school ecosystem. Ms Sarita has served as a consultant on the International curriculum of the CBSE and also serves as advisor/consultant to several curriculum companies, schools and start-up ventures. A much sought-after workshop leader, she has trained hundreds of teachers in India and the Middle East, mentored Principals, and spoken at several international and national conferences.
